About Shotover Lodge
Unique to ABC College is our student accommodation.
95% of our students stay in our Student Residence, Shotover Lodge. It is apartment style living, with a communal kitchen and lounge. It is a place where ABC College of English students can mix and socialise with domestic QRC students to continuously improve their English skills.
Located in picturesque Arthur’s Point, at the base of Coronet Peak ski field and a short 7 minute bus ride into the centre of Queenstown, Shotover Lodge offers studio-style apartment living. Each room has either a balcony or patio with outdoor furniture, a sofa, coffee table and colour TV.

All rooms have an en-suite bathroom and shower.
We provide all the bedding you need for all seasons.
Including a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster, as well as basic cutlery and dishes.
BBQ area with picnic tables and expansive grassed areas.
Pool table, fireplace, couches, television and dining tables.
Please enquire at Lodge reception for parking spaces. Car parking is available for $10 per week.

Most rooms are set up as Twin share rooms with 2 beds. If you are coming with a friend who is also studying at ABC College, we can set book a twin share, with two single beds. You can also request a twin share and we will endeavour to find a suitable room mate for you.
Other shared areas include our fully equipped commercial kitchen and our spacious guest lounge. The lounge features a pool table, fireplace, couches, television and dining tables.
We have a limited amount of Single Rooms available. Please enquire for availability.

Sleeps up to 2 persons with 2 single beds or a King bed if there is a couple. Has an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette, microwave and refrigerator, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, as well as balcony/patio with outdoor table and chairs.
Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge. The lounge is decked out with a pool table, fireplace, couches, television and dining tables. Outdoor BBQ area & outdoor open fireplace.
Shotover Lodge is located in Arthurs Point, just a 7 minute drive from Queenstown, and 15 minutes from Arrowtown. Just down the road from the world-famous Shotover River and Coronet Peak.
There are buses to and from Queenstown and it’s a 25 minute bike ride.
An unlimited internet allowance is included as part of your stay.
Laundry facilities are a low price of $4 per wash and $4 per dry. Other shared areas include our fully equipped kitchen and our spacious guest lounge.
